I’m a mum of two grown up sons and Grandmother to four gorgeous kiddies, and I’m a social worker as well as divorce coach and mentor.

I love books and reading. Is there anything more relaxing than reading in the sunshine? I’m a stationery whore and love a bit of pink. I have a minor obsession with New York, I enjoy word games (love a bit of scrabble) and I’m a doggy person.

I found myself sad and single at 40 after a 23 year relationship, and since then I’ve basically made all the mistakes so that you don't have to.

I ended up turning my divorce into a superpower and became obsessed with self-development and post divorce growth. I am a trained coach and founder of the BLOSSOM method® and it is my mission to support other women going through a divorce, to help them make this next part of their life, the best bit yet.
